Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
Nursing duties for elderly clients to improve their wellbeing and healthcare at home
Report any changes in a client's behaviour or health/wellbeing
Controls, prepares, and administers treatments and medications with knowledge of purpose and adverse effects of the nursing care provided
Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients, and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach
Potential for a full-time schedule for the right applicants
Ongoing career development and training to help you further your career
Work as part of a fun and dependable team
Diploma in Nurse (Essential)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
Has a valid NDIS Worker's Check (Essential)
Driver's Licence
Willing to do shifts in the Punchbowl area
