About You
You are a leader who people naturally gravitate toward - steady, supportive, inspiring and deeply connected to your "why."
You bring:
Proven experience leading an early learning service
A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Strong understanding of NQS, NQF and quality practice
Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
A commitment to child and cultural safety
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship skills
