Demonstrates a strong understanding of the QCAA syllabus and secondary curriculum.
Creates engaging, inclusive, and student-centred learning environments
Builds positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider community
Actively supports and models the College's values of Honour, Excellence, Integrity, and Empathy
Brings creativity and innovation to the classroom, and is interested in pursuing cross-curricular approaches
Holds a current QCT registration
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning programs




Monitor and support student progress and wellbeing
Contribute to curriculum development and faculty initiatives
Participate in the co-curricular life of the College
