Essential Tasks:
Conduct Manual Payment Review compliance reviews using approved checklists.
Review compensation invoices, medical reports and information requests.
Analyse data and assess outcomes against legislation, policy and business rules.
Document clear, accurate decisions with detailed rationale and evidence.
Key Criteria:
Current Baseline security clearance.
Strong compliance review, evidence assessment and decision‐making skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records, registers and confidential information.
Candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.
