Support the end-to-end setup and execution of paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with exposure to Google Search, TikTok, and other paid channels
Assist in managing and optimising paid media activity across business-as-usual campaigns and product launches
Support planning, execution, and documentation of A/B, creative, and audience tests
Work with the Performance Content team to develop a test–measure–learn feedback loop
Assist with performance reporting and share insights and learnings with the wider team
Stay current with paid media industry best practices, platform updates, and new features
Collaborate with senior members of the Performance Marketing team to drive efficient growth
Requirements
Previous experience in a paid media or Performance Marketing role
Hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Google Search Ads
Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and AOV
Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Data-driven and analytical approach,
with curiosity for testing, experimentation, and optimisation
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Understanding of creative's role in campaign performance and eagerness to learn paid social creative best practices
