Stroke Association seeks an Emotional Support Coordinator/Counsellor to deliver skilled counselling to stroke survivors, carers and relatives.
The role includes providing one-to-one sessions in person, online or by telephone across the region.
You will assess emotional needs, employ screening tools, and help clients readjust to life after stroke while ensuring safeguarding and ethical standards are maintained.
