Due to genuine growth, we're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist based
West of Melbourne
to join our VIC team.
The Role
Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to support NDIS participants to achieve meaningful goals
Manage a mix of local face-to-face and telehealth clients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers
Opportunity to work with clients 75+ under Support at Home/Home Care Packages — coming soon

What You'll Need
Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications with full AHPRA registration
Community NDIS experience or demonstrated understanding of NDIS with transferable skills and experiences
Ability to work from home
NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC
Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle
