Forklift / Yard Operator
Day Shift | Ongoing Opportunity | Potential Permanent Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift / Production Operator to join a fast-paced production environment.
This is an excellent chance for a reliable and safety-focused individual with recent forklift experience who is looking for long-term employment with potential permanency after 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
Complete packing tasks associated with finished goods and store operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts safely and efficiently within the production area.
Operate production and warehouse equipment, including electronic pallet jacks and tape machines.
Monitor stock levels and report material shortages to maintain operational efficiency.




Adhere to GMP requirements, site safety policies, and housekeeping standards.
Assist with inventory movement, storage, and dispatch activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace safety.
Support production team activities as required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
Minimum 1 year of recent counterbalance forklift experience.
Experience operating high reach forklifts.
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality standards.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
