Facilities Supervisor — Townsville | Full-Time
Annandale Christian College is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance, presentation and day-to-day operations of the College campus.
Key responsibilities
Lead facilities, grounds and cleaning operations
Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
Undertake hands‐on maintenance and repairs as required
Provide a safe and well‐maintained environment for students and staff
Essential
Genuine Christian faith
Pastoral reference (required)
Blue Card
Experience in facilities, maintenance or property operations
Practical, hands‐on maintenance skills
Current Drivers Licence
Desirable
Experience supervising staff and contractors
Trade qualification or relevant industry experience
Solid WHS knowledge
