Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts in Retail and Utilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
Partner with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions
Stay ahead of industry trends and position Sprinklr as a thought leader in customer experience transformation
Drive strategic growth across ANZ
Understand enterprise customers' business challenges and deliver solutions that transform customer engagement
Requirements
Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within CX, marketing technology, or digital transformation
Experience selling into Retail and/or Utilities verticals
Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholdersli>
Robust business acumen
Consultative selling skills




Self-starter with a passion for driving change and delivering value to customers
