Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare barista-style coffee and food and beverage service.
Set up meeting rooms and assist with event delivery.
Support event organisers throughout the day.
Maintain presentation of the venue and hospitality spaces.
Respond to Concierge enquiries and direct event enquiries appropriately.
Requirements
Experience in a similar or related hospitality role
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Food Safety Certificate
A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
High standard of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
A commitment to excellence in product and service delivery
Robust teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in customer service and hospitality, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
