To provide compassionate, person-centered care and support that promotes individuals' independence, dignity, wellbeing, and overall quality of life, while adhering to UK health and social care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Support individuals with mobility, meal preparation, nutrition, hydration, and medication (where appropriately trained).
Assist with daily living activities while encouraging independence and choice.
Observe, monitor, and promptly report any changes in an individual's health, wellbeing, or behavior.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in line with individual care plans.
Comply with safeguarding, infection prevention and control, health and safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
Build positive relationships by offering emotional support and communicating effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
