Deliver tailored clinical support to participants in Supported Disability Accommodation homes
Support participants with complex needs, including enteral feeding, catheter and bowel care, tracheostomy and ventilation support, and dysphagia management
Requirements
Enrolled Nurse with a passion for person-centred care
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment
Calm, resilient, and confident in decision-making
Collaborative team player
Current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated clinical nursing experience; disability experience desirable
Strong documentation and communication skills
Understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
Relevant probity checks and vaccination compliance
Ability to provide specialised support including enteral feeding, catheter and bowel care,



tracheostomy and ventilation support, and dysphagia management
