Are you an experienced
Instrument Supervisor
with a strong background in
FPSO operations
and offshore maintenance?
We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee instrumentation maintenance activities and support the reliable operation of a world-class offshore production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Instrument Technicians and contractors offshore.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize instrumentation and control systems.
Monitor equipment performance, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
Support environmental compliance and pollution prevention measures.
Demonstrate strong leadership through planning, coordination, and team development.
Requirements




HNC/HND in Instrumentation or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of offshore experience, preferably with FPSO facilities.
Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
Experience with Permit to Work systems, Mechanical Isolation Standards, and Risk Assessments.
COMP-EX Certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.
English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above.
