You will assess property damage, estimate repair costs, and supervise trades to deliver timely, high-quality restorations in line with OH&S; and contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in supervising roles, trade qualifications in building (carpentry preferred), robust organisation, and excellent communication skills.
