Manage customer service requests, including diagnosing machine faults, repairing equipment, and conducting final inspections and testing
Perform onsite installation of equipment, network configuration, and end-user training
Provide remote support to the IT Tech team and Managed Services customers
Support Sales teams with both pre- and post-sales technical assistance
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting company targets for call productivity, response times, and parts management
Maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and support equipment required to perform the role effectively
Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and demonstrate ongoing commitment to Winc's HSE policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
Certificate or qualification in Technology or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience as a copier/service technician
Current driver's licence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of computer and print management software, including PaperCut, UniFlow, and Microsoft 365
Strong customer service focus
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
