Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker to assist aged care clients in Meredith and surrounding areas.
You will perform home help tasks and personal care to support clients to live independently at home for longer.
Applicants should have at least 3 months of experience in a similar role, hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and have your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
CPR and First Aid training are valued; police and rights checks will be conducted.
