About the Role:
If you're a Feed Mill Weighbridge Operator looking to grow your skills in a busy operational environment, this is a great opportunity.
You'll be involved in:
Operating the weighbridge system and accurately recording incoming and outgoing vehicle weights
Issuing weighbridge dockets and maintaining accurate records and documentation
Managing weighbridge administration, including data entry, filing, and document control
Assisting with production and logistics administration, including inventory and stock movement records
Coordinating vehicle movements, deliveries, and collections to support efficient site operations
Preparing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
Communicating effectively with drivers, site supervisors, logistics teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Supporting contractor sign-ins and the coordination of site visitors
Maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the weighbridge office
Reporting discrepancies, stock variances, and weighbridge equipment issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance with site procedures,



workplace health and safety requirements, and biosecurity protocols
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Feed Mill team as required
About You
You're a motivated and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a weighbridge, logistics, transport, administration, or similar operational role (highly regarded)
Sound computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with drivers, contractors, and team members
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure
A strong focus on customer service and providing timely support to operational teams
A good understanding of workplace health, safety, and biosecurity requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
A willingness to contribute to a positive team culture and support the broader Feed Mill operation where required
