Our client is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a temporary position on a mine site in the Townsville region.
This role operates on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, with a mix of day and night shifts, and is offered on a DIDO (drive-in, drive-out) basis from Townsville.
The successful candidate will earn $***** per hour on a flat rate, with food and accommodation supplied as part of the package.

Preferred Requirements
Ability to work effectively on rotating day and night shifts within a mine site setting




Sound laboratory practices and attention to detail in sample handling and testing
Reliability and flexibility to adapt to roster changes as required
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a remote location
Robust communication skills and commitment to safety protocols on site
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent qualification
Previous experience working on a mine site or in a similar industrial laboratory environment
Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
