About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to join our team.This role will primarily be supporting our Goonyella and Blackwater operations.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue standard employee correspondence
Supporting our project and office teams with a range of HR activities that fall within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, investigation and disciplinary processes, talent & succession processes,maintainingHR records and databases and setting up andmaintainingreporting dashboards for our leaders
Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor on culture initiatives for our projects
Providingaccurateand pragmaticHR advice across employee relations, workforce planning,cultureandcompliance




Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick pacedenvironment
Strong critical thinking and problem solvingskills
Please note: this role will require regular site travel.
About You:
Relevant tertiary qualifications(desirable)
3 years' experience in a HR Advisor role
Experience using HR systems such as SAP
Computer literacy is essential, including the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective problem-solvingskills and the ability to plan, organise and resource effectively
High levelof initiative and the ability to influence outcomes through others
