About the Employer
JNS Diesel Contracting are currently seeking heavy diesel mechanics to join our talented and friendly team of fitters for mine sites roles.
We are a small rural diesel maintenance company situated in Cloncurry, North West Queensland.
About the Candidate
The successful applicant will need to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who possesses the following attributes and abilities:
Acceptable trade certificates include Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Vehicle Mechanic
Sound knowledge in Diagnostics, repair and maintenance, pneumatic, diesel systems, auto electrical, air conditioning and hydraulic repairs
Sound knowledge of all general servicing tasks




Able to work independently as well as in a team workplace
Maintain quality and urgency in the work performed
Maintain a high degree of safety
Current Drivers Licence (HR licence an advantage)
Able to pass a mine site medical
Trade Certificate
3 current work referees
Drivers Licence
You must be able have clean and sober habits and willing to undertake a medical health clearance, police check and currently live in Australia.
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
