Our client is a specialist provider of commercial coffee machine solutions, based in Western Australia and now also servicing Brisbane.
They supply, lease, and service super‐automatic and traditional espresso and vending machines, along with premium Australian‐roasted coffee beans, to corporate offices, mining sites, cafés, and regional workplaces.
Customer satisfaction is a core focus—finding solutions that suit each client, maintaining machine uptime, and delivering café‐quality coffee at the touch of a button.
With local manufacturing of roasted coffee and ownership and operation rooted in Western Australia, the company combines regional strength with growing reach.
Our client is currently on the hunt for a Coffee Machine Technician to join their growing team.
About the opportunity
This hands-on field service technician role focuses on installation, servicing and repairs of commercial coffee equipment across client sites.
It involves metro and occasional regional travel.
In this role you will transport and install new equipment, complete servicing and diagnostics in office, and help manage parts, consumables and documentation.
You'll play a key part in maintaining client satisfaction by resolving faults, communicating solutions, and supporting preventative maintenance strategies.
In this role,



you will:
Install and configure commercial coffee equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance and fault diagnosis
Maintain accurate records and formulate relevant reports
Liaise with clients for training and troubleshooting
About you
You are experienced in coffee machine servicing, with the ability to install, diagnose and repair both manual and automatic commercial coffee equipment.
You are confident working independently across metro and regional areas and have the communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Proven experience as a coffee technician
Espresso machine technical and mechanical experience
Experience with grinder, boiler, and milk systems
Ability to write SWMS / JSA and job reports
Confidence delivering post-installation training
