Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Waterloo care home in Wimborne.
You will provide person-centred care, including bathing, dressing and oral care while supporting residents with independence and choice.
The role requires dementia knowledge, excellent communication skills and 2+ years in social care.
You will work 42 hours per week from 8am to 8pm, with alternate weekends.
We offer competitive pay, a refer-a-friend scheme and funded training up to QCF level 5.
