SAP Business Analyst | Brisbane | 6-Month Contract
Are you looking to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions on a major transformation program?
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support an exciting SAP S/4HANA transformation, working with key stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed requirements to drive impactful project outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Engage with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
Apply SAP Activate and fit-to-standard practices to validate S/4HANA processes, capture gaps, and identify process, data, and reporting impacts.
Elicit cross-functional SAP requirements across FI/CO, MM, HR/HCM, PS, PM/EAM, SCM, and Payroll (PY).
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to foster collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Utilise SAP Signavio or equivalent process modelling tools to support current state, future state, fit-to-standard, and gap analysis.
What You Need to Apply for This Role :
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role ,



ideally within technical environments for software platform delivery.
Demonstrated experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation , remediation, or optimisation initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, HR/HCM, PS, PM/EAM, SCM, and Payroll (PY) .
Practical understanding of SAP integrations , interface requirements, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and Snowflake.
Proficiency with requirements management and visualization tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or Signavio.
You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights to be considered.
