Your duties as the Financial Controller will be broad and varied.
Due to their continuing success, the time has come to bring onboard a Financial Controller who will initially focus on evolving the controls and financial infrastructure that will allow future growth.
This will include: Partnering with the CEO to provide insights that will facilitate decision making Managing the full accounting function including month end, year end,



financial statements and compliance Manage process improvement initiatives including strengthening reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax – prepare taxes including GST, PAYG, FBT, corporate income tax returns Manage the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes Manage a small offshore finance team Develop key relationships internally to better integrate finance and operations Work with business leaders to develop company KPIs and manage the reporting of those Long term, this role is earmarked to become the future hands on CFO.
You will continue to manage the finance function while acting as a commercial business partner to operations whilst having additional strategic input.
Your Background This Financial Controller role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing business.
To be considered for this FC position, you will need to meet the following criteria: Professionally qualified (e.g. CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
