A highly regarded architecture practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Architect to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and design-focused Architect to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have strong local experience delivering modular and high-end residential projects , with the ability to confidently lead projects from concept and design development through to documentation, construction and completion.
You'll be highly proficient in Revit , with solid technical and documentation capabilities, a refined design aesthetic and the confidence to manage projects autonomously.
You'll also have the opportunity to work across both the architectural design and interior fit-out of projects, with direct client and site involvement.
The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from concept through to completion Take ownership of project delivery, programme and quality Work directly with clients,
