Key Responsibilities
Lead the team to deliver best-in-class service and unforgettable guest experiences
Be a hands-on leader during shifts, supporting the team and keeping things running smoothly
Coach, develop and motivate Team Members while creating a positive and engaging workplace
Take responsibility for opening, closing and shift operations
Ensure our service, safety and operating standards are always on point
Keep an eye on guest satisfaction and jump in wherever needed to make things right
Support other areas of the business including training, recruitment, inventory, facilities and marketing
Identify and report operational issues and help find solutions
Work closely with the wider leadership team to keep the venue running at its best
Key Qualifications
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Loves people and genuinely enjoys creating great guest experiences
Has previous leadership or hospitality experience
Is confident making decisions and taking charge of a shift
Knows how to coach and motivate a team
Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
