You will lead the operations team to maintain seamless stock flow and a beautiful store presentation, while driving monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
You will coach and mentor staff, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a high-performing team focused on KPIs and MECCA values.
The role is full time, based in VIC, with opportunities to contribute to MECCA's sustainability and social initiatives.
