ABOUT THE POSITION
As Site Engineer you'll be embedded within an experienced project team, taking ownership across every stage of a major commercial build.
From coordinating trades and services to driving safety and quality outcomes, you'll get broad exposure across the full project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role designed to stretch your technical ability and fast-track your development into a well rounded Project Engineer.
DUTIES
Implement and manage construction plans, schedules and budgets on-site
Oversee day-to-day site operations including quality control and safety compliance




Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to keep the project moving
Collaborate closely with your Project Manager to resolve issues and keep objectives on track
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Monitor and report on project progress, flagging risks early
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
Proven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes
Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
