In this Associate SB Onboarding role you will:
Support the onboarding of customers, a must win battle for NAB.
Complete the onboarding and managing of customers who have applied through nab.com.au
Proactively resolving queries at the first point of contact and ensuring every touchpoint adds value
Embrace change early, recognising its potential to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for both the business and our customers
Contribute to team performance by managing shared workflows, maintaining service levels,



and supporting portfolio activity during banker absences
What you'll bring
Banking/financial services experience
Understanding of onboarding end to end process and workflow and management.
Experience with risk and compliance obligations.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Proactive attitude
