About thisopportunity:
ICC Sydney is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Event Information Systems Specialist to support and enhance our core business systems, with a primary focus on the Momentus platform.
This role is ideal for someone with strong systemsadministration experience, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
You will:
Develop business systems training manuals, system documentation and procedures.
Develop, refine and document changes to Momentus at ICC Sydney.
Configure and maintain the system based on business needs.
Introduce and coordinate system upgrades, software releases, patches and configuration changes.
Required Skills & Experience:




Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems.
Experience with Momentus (formerly Ungerboeck) or similar venue, event management or ERP systems is highly desirable.
Experienced in developing system documentation, user guides and training materials.
Strong understanding of system configuration, testing methodologies and change management processes.
Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating software releases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across a diverse organisation.
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline are desirable.
Valid working rights in Australia.
You must be 18 years or over.
