About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated
Trade Assistant
to join the team in Windsor.
You will be working alongside qualified tradespeople on sites, providing key hands-on support to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople with everyday site setup, tool prep, and material handling
Operate power tools and hand tools safely under supervision
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Load and unload deliveries, equipment, and materials
Perform basic site assembly, measuring, and prep work
Requirements & Qualifications
Current Driver's License and reliable transport
White Card (Construction Induction)
Previous experience in a construction, manufacturing, or trade environment preferred
Robust physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
Punctual, reliable, and strong team player
