FIFO Speech Pathologist (Regional SA) – 1 week on / 1 week off

This FIFO opportunity offers real autonomy, a mixed caseload across the lifespan, and the chance to deliver meaningful outcomes in regional communities without sacrificing downtime.
On Offer:
$100,000 plus super
1 week on, 1 week off roster
Salary increasing to $110,000 plus super (post probation) and $120,000 plus super (12 months)
Flights, accommodation, vehicle + fuelprovided while on rotation
$1,000 PD allowance+10 hours PD leave
Bonus structure:$100weekly when KPI is met and$60/hourabove KPI
Custom CRM for notes, billables, KPI and reminders, plus robust online team support
The Role:
You'll deliver community-based services in settings such as homes,



schools and local community venues.
The caseload is varied and will include NDIS participants, with some private, aged care and hospital clients.
You'll complete assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, contribute to functional capacity assessments and reporting, and manage your own diary.
You'll work independently day-to-day while staying connected to discipline leaders via structured supervision and team systems.
Requirements:
Qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership/eligibility
Full driver's licence
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Screening Check
