Provide vital administrative support to a growing portfolio of over 50s lifestyle resorts across the Eastern coastline
Manage administrative tasks related to allocated resorts
Set up, process, and receipt site fees
Manage invoicing and receipting for electricity, phone, internet, gas, and water utilities
Set up site files for new residents
Manage rent arrears, dishonours, and finalise site agreements
Prepare rent increase letters, breach notices, tribunal applications, and resident communications
Handle banking and mail
Answer phone inquiries
Support caretakers, sales, and residents
Requirements
Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high volume environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with property management or accounting systems
RMS knowledge is a bonus
Proactive, customer-focused approach with a team player attitude
A National Police Clearance
Pre-employment medical check required
