We seek a compassionate Resident Wellbeing Coordinator to lead the commissioning phase from September ****, shaping culture, programs and staff leadership from day one.
You will establish the wellbeing vision, recruit and mentor assistants, and ensure residents' warmth, dignity and belonging throughout the launch period.
