East Anglia's Children's Hospices is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for our Cambridge shop.
You will support the Shop Manager, supervise volunteers and help maximise income from donated goods, gift aid and eCommerce.
The role is part-time, with weekend rotation and in office hours.
You will lead by example in customer service, merchandising and shop operations, ensuring targets are met while fostering a supportive volunteer team and strong community ties.
