The Gym Group in Salisbury is seeking a Fitness Manager with flex contracts to help run our busy gym.
You will support the General Manager, deputise in their absence, and champion our values of inclusion, innovation, and outstanding member service.
You will lead a team of fitness trainers, develop the group exercise timetable, drive commercial performance, ensure high standards, and handle admin tasks.
A Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (or studying) is preferred, with the option to PT
