Keyresponsibilities
Provide feedback on and overseethe delivery of the residential curriculumwhilemaintainingdetailed daily notes on thewellbeing and learning of students.
Contribute to initiatives andproblem solving by preparing materials, equipment, andresources and manage programlogistics, includingtransportation arrangements, site preparation, and activityset-up.
Developandmaintaintrusting relationships with students,parents,teachersand other support staffandestablisha culture of care for all facilitiesused and/or owned by the school.




Facilitate outdoor activities,ensuring a safe and positive learning experience and ensuringadherence to safety protocols, while promoting teamwork andinclusivity.
Be committed to providing a safephysical and emotional environment where students are respectedand treated with dignity inan appropriateprofessionaland caringmanner.

KeyCriteria:
Experience in Outdoor andEnvironmental Education
Certificate III in OutdoorLeadership (desirable)
Training and experience in thefacilitation of various outdoor activities, such as hiking,camping, team-building exercises, and nature exploration ishighly desirable.
Previousexperience workingin an outdoor education or similar setting is highlydesirable.
Level 2 First Aid (or RemoteArea First Aid) and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate,Driver's License
