This role focuses on ensuring protected, stable and well-planned placements for young people aged 16+.
The successful candidate will bring experience or strong interest in mental health and trauma-informed practice.
You will lead assessments, planning, risk management and work closely with local authorities, CAMHS, health professionals, families and internal teams
