Complete mechanical repair, overhaul and mechanical maintenance of compressed air equipment and associated products
Identify problems in air compressors and generators through electrical/mechanical fault finding using diagnostic equipment
Perform repairs to rectify issues and ensure equipment functionality
Conduct scheduled maintenance, including inspecting components, cleaning, lubricating, replacing filter kits, changing oil, cleaning oil and air coolers, and re-greasing motors
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and equipment usage
Maintain accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used
Complete service reports, work permits, and other documentation
Adhere to safety protocols, complete Job Hazard Analyses, wear PPE, use personal locks and tags for machine isolation, and maintain a clean work environment
Contribute to company growth and profitability through excellent customer service
Travel within Australia and internationally as required
Work indoors and outdoors in construction sites, industrial facilities, or remote locations
Travel to customer sites for service calls and perform occasional overtime or weekend work
Coordinate service activities with service, sales, and administration colleagues
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients as the primary contact for service-related inquiries
Requirements
Previous experience in a maintenance field service setting




Commitment to workplace safety
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
Excellent customer service ability
Experience with pneumatic equipment
Fault-finding skills in compressed air equipment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally as required
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in challenging environments
Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work
