The role – Support Worker
We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, spacious, purpose-built residential setting, with idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy and an accessible gym.
It's an exciting time to join and help us shape our big plans for our brand new facilities, which are coming soon.
You will be supporting our customers on either one-to-one or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day.
These include arts and crafts, games days on campus or trips to the cinema, shopping, or football.

Drivers preferred but not essential, whilst we welcome applications from drivers, we can consider non drivers.
If you do need to go out and about with our customer for that dinner and cinema trip, your costs are covered.
***This role DOES NOT qualify for skilled worker shortage visa sponsorship***
