Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit value-based healthcare organisation delivering specialist palliative care to clients and their families in their own homes throughout Melbourne's Eastern Metropolitan Region.

Requirements




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Passion for delivering holistic nursing care in a community setting
Palliative care experience in either inpatient or community settings
Eligible for membership with AASW or PACFA (or equivalent skilled body)
Passion for providing psychosocial and palliative support to individuals and families experiencing life-limiting illness
