The Role
Manage plumbing projects from start to finish
Oversee projects valued $200K – $600K
Coordinate a team of approximately 30 plumbers
Manage budgets, variations, scheduling and delivery
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Work closely with the Construction Manager and wider PM team
About You
Strong plumbing trade background – essential
Previous commercial plumbing project management experience
Experience managing teams and mid-sized projects
Strong commercial, budgeting and communication skills
Confident managing clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Valid driver's license
