Make a Meaningful Difference in Recovery Rehabilitation Limelight People are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Alcohol Other Drugs (AOD) Group Facilitator to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programs.

About the Role As the AOD Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering structured group programs and therapeutic interventions focused on alcohol and other drug treatment.
Working alongside healthcare professionals, you will engage participants through educational, motivational and recovery-focused programs designed to promote long-term wellbeing and reduce offending behaviours.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate evidence-based AOD group programs and educational sessions Conduct client assessments and contribute to treatment planning Deliver interventions using motivational interviewing and recovery-oriented approaches Support clients to develop relapse prevention strategies Maintain accurate case notes and program documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare and wellbeing team Promote a trauma-informed and culturally safe practice environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Qualifications in AOD, Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, Nursing or a related field Experience facilitating therapeutic groups and psychoeducational programs Knowledge of alcohol and other drug treatment frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work with individuals presenting with complex needs A passion for supporting rehabilitation, recovery and positive behavioural change Benefits Competitive salary package Ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive and team-oriented team environment Meaningful work that creates lasting community impact Career progression within a growing healthcare service Apply Now If you're passionate about supporting people through recovery and want to be part of a team making a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
