About You
Treasury is looking for a Procurement and Systems Analyst to join our Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch.
This is a great opportunity to apply and develop your stakeholder engagement capability and your excellent attention to detail to contribute to the improvement of procurement and contract management outcomes, consistent with the Government's policies and principles.
You will be a motivated and skilled individual with sound judgement, combined with solid skills in analysis and relationship management capabilities.
Your success in the role requires:
Strong information technology skills (or the ability to quickly acquire these skills), ideally supported by experience in website and systems administration.
The ability to undertake policy research and identify problems and possible solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including well-developed written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a range of stakeholders.
Solid organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
A high level of attention to detail, including well developed quality assurance practices.
We are looking for a positive and conscientious individual with strong interpersonal skills.
You might be an IT or business graduate, office administrator or career changer wanting to diversify their skills.

The Procurement,
Risk and Contract Management Branch provides advice on and manages the Government's procurement framework and common use contracts.
The branch minimises the cost of risk to government agencies through the Government Insurance and Risk Fund.
Hours per fortnight
