This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining, optimising and enhancing the Infor Pathway platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes, system performance and service delivery.

Job Description Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Infor Pathway system.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Infor Pathway platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.




Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of the Infor Pathway system.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as required.
Act as a point of contact for technical queries related to the platform.
The Successful Applicant A successful Infor Pathway Specialist should have: Experience working with the Infor Pathway system and e-pathway system.
Robust technical skills in system administration and troubleshooting.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand their requirements.
Knowledge of data security and system integrity practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in creating system documentation and delivering training.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
