Bazaarvoice is seeking an experienced Customer Success leader to run the APAC Client Success Strategic Team for a 12-month maternity cover in Sydney.
This is a second-line leadership role managing a total of about 9 people across Enterprise and SMB segments.
You will own retention and expansion outcomes, develop a fellow manager, and partner with the APAC MD and Sales leadership to ensure continuity and a clean handover at the end.
