TAL is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant for the Australian Super portfolio.
You will provide personal, empathic service and proficient assessment of life claims in line with TAL's philosophy, procedures and policy wording.
A key focus is delivering a best-in-class client experience with regular updates on claim status and outcomes.
You will handle TPD claims, ensure accurate interpretation of policy wording, determine entitlement, and liaise with stakeholders to support timely claim
