About the Role Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations and people strategy Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, performance and disciplinary processes Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability Support organisational change, workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives Provide end-to-end HR advice across the employee lifecycle About You Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar Strong Employee Industrial Relations capability Sound knowledge of Fair Work,
