The Role You'll primarily deliver a 6-session, CBT-based treatment program for specific phobias, including vehophobia, incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) exposure therapy .
There is also scope to work with clients across CTP, Workers Insurance, Medicare, private and employer-funded services.
What You'll Do Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based treatment Provide CBT interventions for anxiety and specific phobias Use VR exposure therapy as part of treatment Support clients to return to driving and achieve meaningful outcomes Manage approximately 5–6 client sessions per day Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting Collaborate with clients,



referrers and other professionals About You Tertiary qualification in Psychology Current AHPRA registration Current SIRA registration or eligibility to obtain Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence Strong psychological assessment and treatment skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in CTP/Workers Insurance, anxiety, specific phobias or vehophobia is highly regarded but not essential.
